NCCJ's Jewelry & Watch Division Knows An Open Mind Is Priceless
Join us in December
NCCJ's
Jewelry
and Watch Division will hold its
56th Annual Humanitarian Award Dinner on
Monday, December 4, 2006 at The Pierre Hotel.
The 2006 Humanitarian Award will be presented to Alan
F. Kleinberg of Michael Werdiger, Inc. Richard Greenwood of A.F. Greenwood
will serve as host.
Proceeds from this event will
be used to deliver NCCJ’s youth development programs which
provide high-school students with specialized leadership and conflict
resolution skills to combat bias, bigotry and racism in their schools
and communities. This year over two hundred students attended NCCJ’s
third Hate In The Hallways® conference at St. Francis College in
May and over thirty students will attend the second Anytown, NY Youth
Leadership Institute® in Warwick, NY in August. As a result of the
programs, young people are better able to make the difficult
transition from student to Change Maker.
